On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, Vijay Khanna's life is completely changed as his parents are murdered by a mysterious man. The only thing that stood out was the white horse on his charm bracelet, which Vijay had incessant nightmares of since. The socially withdrawn boy eventually grows up to be an honest policeman in a town where justice and nobility seem non-existent. A number of illegal happenings constantly happen, all of which is traced back to the kingpin, Teja. However, Vijay is always informed in advance of the crimes that are to take place by an anonymous tip. When a staged traffic accident by the dangerous gang leads to the deaths of many children, Mala, a street performer, is the sole witness. After being bribed by Teja’s men, she refuses to admit to the truth, until a furious Vijay forces her to look upon the dead bodies of the children. A shocked Mala admits to everything, but now she has to protect herself from Teja’s men who are out to get her.
