Tejasswi Prakash to be seen in a dual avatar in Mann Kasturi Re, see first look video

Well-known Hindi television actress Tejasswi Prakash is all set to make her Marathi film debut with Mann Kasturi Re (2022). Directed by Sanket Mane, the movie pairs the actress opposite Abhinay Berde. 

The makers have released the first look of her character Shruti in the movie. The video opens with Shruti waking up all eager and happy. Her bed has a couple of teddy bears giving her company. All this is enough to indicate that she plays the character of a girl deeply believing in love. 

But at the same time, her entry scene is intercut by visuals of her character performing a rock number on stage in a different avatar with an electric guitar. Hence, one can expect the film to showcase the journey of her character. 

Mann Kasturi Re is the directorial debut for Sanket Mane, who has also written the film. Previously, he has worked in films like Bhetali Tu Punha (2017) as an associate director and in Pari Hoon Main (2018) and Khari Biscuit (2019) as one of the writers. 

Produced by Imens Dimension Entertainment, Venkat Attili and Mrutyunjay Kichambare, Mann Kasturi Re is due to be released in theatres on 4 November.
