Punjabi-language feature Beautiful Billo, starring Neeru Bajwa, sees the actress play a pregnant woman who ends up creating a mess in the life of a newly-wed man. The film stars Roshan Prince and Neeru Bajwa’s sister, Rubina Bajwa.

Neeru Bajwa shared the trailer of the film on Instagram, writing, “Lo ji beautiful Billo da trailer. Watch this crazy bunch exclusively on Zee5 August 11. Rubina Bajwa and me together on screen for the first time! Love, laughter and a lot of fighting (sic).”

Neeru Bajwa plays Billo, a pregnant woman secretly staying at the house of Navi (Roshan Prince). Having a pregnant woman in the house creates problems with his wife, Sonika (Rubina Bajwa). Although Navi tries various tactics to get Billo out of the house, Billo endears herself to his family, refusing to leave. The trailer features the typical big, Punjabi family and the drama that ensues. 

Meanwhile, Sonika is fed up with Billo’s presence and her friend counsels her to adopt certain measures to get Billo out of the house. Sonika gets ready to face the hurdle head-on. The comedy film seems to rest on Neeru Bajwa’s shoulders as the film seems to completely revolve around her.

Directed by Santosh Subhash Thite and Amrit Raj Chadha, the Zee5 original film will be premiered on the platform on 11 August.
