Aparshakti Khurana shares poster for 'Chaupai Sahib'

Actor Aparshakti Khurana has lent his vocals to the Sikh prayer 'Chaupai Sahib'. Presented by T-Series, the recording is of the prayer composed by the tenth Sikh guru, Guru Gobind Singh, and is included in the holy text of the Sikhs, the Guru Granth Sahib.
Khurana, who is also a singer, shared a poster for the recording on Instagram, writing, “A plea to god for protection, Chaupai Sahib is one of the five Banis recited by Sikhs every morning. It is believed to offer protection and security and people recite it to gain spiritual security.
"We are living in stressful times but I hope my version of this Bani takes away some of your stress. May the force of the divine be with you. 'Chaupai Sahib', now releasing on 15th September. Stay tuned.”
The poster features Khurana praying to Guru Gobind Singh. In the backdrop is the Golden Temple of Amritsar. The music for 'Chaupai Sahib' is by Goldboy and the release date is 15 September.
