Shooting resumed for several Tamil projects such as Vijay’s Beast and Dhanush’s tentatively titled D43 as well as Ravi Teja’s upcoming yet-untitled Telugu film on Thursday.

A song featuring Vijay and Pooja Hegde is being filmed as part of the second shooting schedule of Beast, which is being directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar, in Chennai. The ongoing schedule will last for 20 days.

In March, the team completed the first schedule in Georgia where they shot some key sequences.

Meanwhile, pictures of Dhanush in Hyderabad, where his film is being helmed by Karthick Naren, went viral on social media. Having recently returned from the shoot of Netflix’s film The Gray Man in Los Angeles, the actor took a brief break before joining the sets of Karthick’s film.

The project is tipped to be an investigative thriller and stars Malavika Mohanan.

Currently dubbed RT68, Ravi Teja’s film is being directed by Sarath Mandava.

As per the new unlock guidelines, film shoots can take place with a maximum of 100 crew members present.
