Helmed by acclaimed director Abhijeet Warang, the thriller will feature a voice-over by Amruta Khanvilkar.

Sharad Kelkar will play the sole character in Abhijeet Warang's psychological thriller Deja Vu. Amruta Khanvilkar, who is attached to the project, will provide a voice-over.
This is Warang's second film after the National award-winning Picasso (2021).
Kelkar recently took to Instagram to shared a glimpse of the upcoming project.
The actor said in a statement, "My next movie, Deja Vu is special in a way that it has a single character at a single location, while the remaining characters will only have voiceovers... I loved shooting for the film and cannot wait to see how the audience likes it (sic)."
The film is expected to have a theatrical release later this year. Deja Vu is not the first Indian film to feature only one character; that honour goes to Sunil Dutt's Yaadein (1964). There have also been single-character movies in other regional languages such as the Kannada film Shanti (2005) and Tamil film Oththa Seruppu Size - 7 (2019).
Kelkar garnered acclaim for his performance in films such as Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior (2020), Laxmii(2020) and Darbaan (2020). He will also be seen in the second season of Amazon Prime Video's The Family Man, which is scheduled to be released in May this year.
