For his next venture, Karan Johar is moving away from the film sets and returning back to being a writer. The filmmaker announced yesterday his second book, a children’s picture book titled Big Thoughts of Little Luv.
Featuring twins Luv and Kusha, Big Thoughts of Little Luv will focus on Johar’s own experiences as a single father to his own three-year-old twins, Yash and Roohi. Johar’s book, which will be published by Juggernaut Books, will also demonstrate how boys and girls are raised differently.
So thrilled to announce that we will be publishing Karan Johar's first children's book that tackles a challenge every parent faces - how we treat our boys and girls differently. Big Thoughts Of Little Luv, coming soon to Juggernaut! @karanjohar pic.twitter.com/dTIBvj7Eb8

This isn’t Johar’s first venture into writing a book. In 2017, he released his autobiography, An Unsuitable Boy, with journalist Poonam Saxena. The autobiography, which was published by Penguin Books, spoke about his childhood, his love for Hindi cinema, and eventual career as a successful filmmaker and later head of Dharma Productions, the banner launched by his father, producer Yash Johar.
