Producer Shailendra Singh to bring myFanPark to India

Film producer Shailendra Singh has struck a deal with the South African start-up app, myFanPark, to launch it in India and connect celebrities with their fans globally.
Speaking about the project, Singh said in an official statement, “Connecting fans to their heroes and giving them the opportunity to experience the sheer excitement of getting a personalised message from their idol is incredibly powerful and something I just had to be a part of. The launch of myFanPark in India is a massive opportunity for us to unlock the positive power that our local heroes possess to uplift, inspire and motivate their fans on a personal level.”
Through myFanPark, common citizens can get their favourite celebrities to record a video message for them or their loved ones, so to make their day special after paying an amount.
About launching myFanPark in India, the founding team comprising of Jean de Villiers, Dylan Des Fountain, Wouter Lombard and CEO Joy Des Fountain, said in a joint statement, “We can’t wait to introduce myFanPark to the Indian market, giving Indians around the world access to their favourite stars.”
Singh has been a producer of a number of films including, Makdee (2002), Page 3 (2005), Malamaal Weekly (2005), Corporate (2006), Firaaq (2008), Allah Ke Banday (2010), Bhopal: A Prayer For Rain (2014) among others.
