Students across all 21 campuses of GIIS, which includes India, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, UAE and Vietnam, will have access to the music school.
Shekhar Ravjiani starts music school in collaboration with GIIS

Music composer Shekhar Ravjiani and Global Indian International School (GIIS) have collaborated to form the GIIS-Shekhar Ravjiani Music School. The aim of the collaboration is to nurture and mentor upcoming professionals under the mentorship of Ravjiani in the field of music through “state-of-the-art infrastructure and futuristic technology.”
GIIS has 21 campuses over the world, including India, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, UAE and Vietnam. Students across all campuses will have access to the music school.
Speaking about the venture, Ravjiani said in an official statement, “Music is not just an expression but a channel to spread joy and happiness in the world. I believe that learning is a continuous process and my thinking perfectly resonates with the vision and philosophy of GIIS, of providing holistic education and focusing on value-based learning beyond academics.”
The composer has already started mentoring students in some parts of the world. “I have already started working with students from Japan, Abu Dhabi, India, Malaysia and Singapore over these last few months. Mentoring and teaching young and budding talent is my way to give back and show gratitude to everyone who believed in me and my journey,” he added.
