After attending Sushant Singh Rajput’s funeral yesterday, actress Kriti Sanon has shared an emotional note on Instagram about her Raabta (2017) co-star.

Sanon and Rajput were paired together in Dinesh Vijan’s directorial debut Raabta (2017), which did not fare well at the box office.

Sharing a few photographs of the two of them together, Sanon wrote, 'Sush. I knew that your brilliant mind was your best friend and your worst enemy... but it has broken me completely to know that you had a moment in your life where dying felt easier or better than living.'

'I so wish you had people around you to get you pass THAT moment, I wish you hadn’t pushed the ones who loved you away,' she continued. 'I wish I could have fixed that something which was broken inside you. I couldn’t.'

She ended her post saying, 'A part of my heart has gone with you, and a part will always keep you alive. Never stopped praying for your happiness and never will.'

Sanon attended Sushant Singh Rajput’s funeral with Dinesh Vijan. Actress Shraddha Kapoor, actors Rajkummar Rao, Varun Sharma and Ranvir Shorey, and directors Abhishek Kapoor and Mukesh Chhabra were also present to say their goodbyes to the late actor. The 34-year-old died by suicide on 14 June.
