A few days into the lockdown, actress-lyricist Spruha Joshi started a talk show on Instagram. Titled Khajina, meaning treasure, the 14 Instagram Live sessions saw Joshi host various personalities from the Marathi film industry.

The first live session was with singer-director Avdhoot Gupte. The actress followed up with live sessions with Swanand Kirkire, Pushkar Shrotri, Prasad Oak, Shalmali Kholgade, Amey Wagh, Mahesh Kale, Vaibhav Joshi, Jitendra Joshi, Anita Date, Sankarshan Karhade, Siddharth Mishra, Subodh Bhave and Sandeep Khare.

Each live session went on for more than an hour and the topics ranged from literature, poetry and favourite writers to their struggles in professional and personal life.

The personalities interviewed also revealed some trivia about projects they had worked on. For instance, actor-director Prasad Oak revealed how Sharad Ponkshe was cast for the controversial play Nathuram Godse.

Talking about how she came up with the concept for these live sessions, Joshi said, "I have always loved reading, so in this lockdown period, when I got the time to read again, I wondered what my industry friends would be reading now. That's how I came up with this idea of Khajina. After these live sessions, I have realized that each of these personalities has huge experience and knowledge which they have treasured over the years, and in a way, it justified my decision of titling the show Khajina."

Joshi's latest release was the ZEE5 web-series Rangbaaz Phirse (2019) in which she played the role of Jimmy Sheirgill's wife. Joshi also did an Instagram Live session with the writer of the show, Siddharth Mishra, who spoke of his passion for cinema and his journey from being an engineer to a radio jockey to a screenwriter.

The 15th and final episode of the Khajina series was reserved for interaction with fans where Spruha Joshi discussed her favourite books and poems with her fans.

About doing only 15 sessions, the actress said, "Seeing the increasing support with every live session was encouraging. That's why after 14 live sessions of celebrity interactions, I did a last live session with my fans. Though this series has come to an end, I will return with a new concept."
