Actress Rakul Preet Singh's brother Aman Preet is about to join his elder sister in the Hindi film industry with Nitesh Rai's Ram Rajya (2020). He has already worked in the upcoming Telugu film Ninne Pelladata (2020). He also plays a CIA officer in the Hindi-English bilingual Sedition, co-directed by Joel Marrocco and Summer Bodhi Nicks.

Like his sister, Aman Preet decided to work in the south first before making his Hindi debut. Rakul Preet worked in a number of Telugu and Tamil films before acting in Divya Khosla Kumar's Yaariyan (2014).

Ram Rajya also features Shobita Rana, Rajesh Sharma, Govind Namdeo, and Mushtaq Khan. According to a press release, the film will "trace the era of Shri Ram, the king of Ayodhya, who ruled a country that did not discriminate between the rich and poor". The film's title refers to an ideal society, where there is no discrimination.

Prabir Sinha, who is producing the film under his banner of Li Helios Films, said his intention behind making the film was very clear. "I wanted to trace back the era, where justice was always served, and where there was no place for greed, selfishness or religious misunderstanding. The film talks about a similar set up which showcases the loopholes in the governing body too," he said.

The release dates for Aman Preet's Telugu and Hindi films have yet to be announced.
