Prathamesh Parab who has up until now starred in various sub-genres of comedy films such as slapstick, adult and black comedy, is all set to star in his first horror-comedy film, Oh My Ghost.

The actor shared the film's intriguing title poster on his Instagram, writing, "New Normal, New Film. As an artist, you always strive to do out of box characters. OMG is one such attempt. We will meet you with this unique attempt in your nearest cinemas on 12 February 2021 (sic)."

The poster shows a terrified Parab sitting cross-legged in the midst of a few spectres, played by Kurush Deboo, Kajal Sharma and Pankaj Vishnu. We also see household objects such as a camera, radio, books and some Indian currency notes hovering over Parab's head, indicating the chaos caused by supernatural forces in his house.

Parab plays a young orphan, Jaggu, who considers himself a failure. To add to his misery, he starts sensing a family of ghosts. How will he get rid of these entities? And what do they want from him? Hopefully, we will get all the answers once the film releases.

Oh My Ghost is being directed and shot by Wasim Khan. It has been written by Mohsin Chavada and Nikhil Lohe.

Produced by Sana Wasim Khan and Rohandeep Singh, Oh My Ghost is scheduled to be released in theatres on 12 February 2021.
