Speculation about Shah Rukh Khan’s next movie has been on ever since Zero (2018) bombed in December last year. During this phase, numerous unconfirmed reports have had him doing this film or that without any official announcement.

The man himself has finally shed some light on when he is likely to announce his next project.

At a press conference for the second season of his television show TED Talks India: Nayi Baat, Khan said, "I am thinking and taking some time. I am working on two or three scripts and inshallah! as soon as they are ready, I am ready. Because most of the people with whom I am working are busy, so, inshallah! I will announce it myself. I feel till the time rumours are floating around, it’s good because some of them have given me ideas.”

Khan, who is popularly known by the acronym SRK, also revealed when an announcement could be expected from him. “There was one film people said I am going to do, Tarzan And Jane. I really want to do the role of Tarzan, but no, I think, in another month or two, I will figure everything out,” he said.

The most recent rumour about the erstwhile superstar was that he would be playing the antagonist in Anurag Kashyap’s remake of Quentin Tarantino’s iconic Hollywood film Kill Bill (2003).
