Sanya Malhotra's latest makeover for Anu Menon's upcoming Shakuntala Devi biopic sees her lose her precious curls. The actress shared her look as the young Anupama Banerji, daughter of Shakuntala Devi, from the film on her social media feed today.
The production house had teased with an image of the actress hiding her face behind the book, Figuring The Joy Of Numbers, by Shakuntala Devi, yesterday.

In the latest image, Malhotra looks the part of a young Anupama Banerji in her long-sleeved jumper, with her straightened hair let down.

Since making her debut, the actress has sported distinctive curly hair, but looks like things will change with the Anu Menon movie.
The production house had earlier shared pictures of Malhotra at a script reading with Vidya Balan, who plays her mother, Shakuntala Devi, in the film.
Vidya, herself, will be sporting the short bob that defined the mathematician genius she is playing in Shakuntala Devi: Human Computer.
Directed by Anu Menon, Shakuntala Devi will be produced by Abundantia Entertainment, in association with Sony Pictures Network. The film is due to be released in the summer of 2020.
