Actor Anshuman Jha has lined up Arjun Mathur and Tannishtha Chatterjee to star in his directorial debut, Lord Curzon Ki Haveli. Jha made his acting debut in Dibakar Banerjee's Love, Sex Aur Dhokha (2010) nearly a decade ago.

The black comedy, revolving around two couples and a pizza delivery boy, is expected to begin filming in UK in January 2020. Jha has roped in the writer-director of Chauranga (2016), Bikas Mishra, to pen the script. Jha had also acted in Mishra's film.

In a statement, Jha said, "This is a five character film and each part is integral to the story. And requires actors. I am grateful to Tannishtha and Arjun, whose work I admire, and excited to collaborate with them on a script which excites us all in equal measure."

Chatterjee recently made her directorial debut as well with the feature film, Roam Rome Mein, starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Isha Talwar. Jha was last seen on the big screen in Ashvin Kumar’s No Fathers In Kashmir (2019).
