Actor Shah Rukh Khan landed in New York City to sit down with talk show host, David Letterman, for the second series of his show My Next Guest Needs No Introduction, With David Letterman.
The actor shared a photo of him with the white-bearded American show host and, with his trademark brand of humour, quipped, "No more footprints...this is The Abominable Snowman!!"

Jokes aside, Khan also thanked Letterman for his generosity and stated, "Had 2 much fun being interviewed. Not becos (sic) it was about me but becos (sic) u were kind enough to make me feel I can be me. U r an inspiration sir."

After taping in front of a live audience, Letterman reportedly told Khan, "The best part of this job that Netflix has been happy to provide for me is to meet people. And after each one of these sessions, I think to myself, it is a very smart, very lovely person from whom I have learned things. You would maybe be at the top of that list."
Khan, along with Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton are among this season's international celebrities. Last year, Letterman spoke with Pakistani Nobel Peace Prize winner, Malala Yousefzai.
Philanthropist Melinda Gates, rapper Kanye West, comedian and talk show host Ellen Degeneres, and actress Tiffany Haddish have already been announced as guests on this season. The episodes are due to begin streaming on 31 May on Netflix. It is unclear when Khan's episode will be streaming online.
While in New York, Khan also made time to visit ailing actor Rishi Kapoor and his wife Neetu. Khan and Kapoor worked together in the superstar's early career with Deewana (1992). After his big-budget film Zero (2018) didn't work last year and received many negative reviews, the actor has not announced any new project starring himself.
