Salman Khan himself confirmed that the film will go on the floors next month and be released in December.
Salman Khan's Dabangg 3 to go on the floors in April, in theatres in December

Salman Khan has confirmed that the third part of the Dabangg franchise, to be directed by Prabhu Deva, will be released in December this year.
The actor revealed the schedule during his press conference for the Da-Bangg Reloaded 2019 tour held in Dubai yesterday.
The announcement puts Dabangg 3 on a release schedule in the same month as two other big productions, Brahmastra and Panipat. The Ranbir Kapoor-starrer Brahmastra is scheduled for release on the Christmas weekend while the Arjun Kapoor-starrer Panipat is set to be release on 6 December.
Salman Khan stated, "We start Dabangg 3 on the 1st of April. Sonakshi [Sinha] is there. Prabhu Deva is directing the film. So, we start shooting on 1st of April and release the film in December."
The actor is currently in Dubai with Sinha, Prabhu Deva, Katrina Kaif, Sohail Khan, Maniesh Paul and Jacqueline Fernandez, among others, for his Da-Bangg Reloaded Tour.
Dabangg (2010) won the National Film award for Best Popular Entertainment. While the first instalment was directed by Abhinav Kashyap, Dabangg 2 (2012) was directed by Arbaaz Khan.
Salman Khan has just finished shooting for Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat with Katrina Kaif. The film is scheduled for an Eid weekend release. Khan also has an untitled production with Sanjay Leela Bhansali to begin shooting later this year.
Salman Khan has also produced the Zaheer Iqbal-Pranutan Behl debut film, Notebook, which is set for release on 29 March. He is reportedly producing another film, with Nushrat Bharucha in talks for the lead role.
