The film, which stars Sanjay Dutt, Manisha Koirala and Jackie Shroff, has given way to a rare four way clash.
Prasthanam to clash with Jhund, The Zoya Factor, Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas on 20 September

Sanjay Dutt, Manisha Koirala and Jackie Shroff-starrer Prasthanam will be released on 20 September. The film is the official remake of the Telugu hit of the same name which released in 2010. The remake is directed by Deva Katta, who had also directed the original version.
The makers made the announcement of the release date by sharing the film’s title teaser. It features a royal chair placed on the barrel of a gun along with Dutt’s voice in the background giving references of great Indian epics Ramayana and Mahabharata. This coupled with the tagline ‘Earn the legacy’ makes it clear that the film is about the fight to a throne.
Abhishek Sharma's The Zoya Factor stars Dulquer Salmaan and Sonam Kapoor, Jhund is Nagraj Manjule's directorial starring Amitabh Bachchan, while Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas is the Sunny Deol directorial that will launch his son, Karan Deol.
Prasthanam also stars Chunky Pandey, Ali Fazal, Amyra Dastur and Satyajeet Dubey. The last time Dutt and Koirala were seen together was over a decade ago in Mehbooba (2008).
