After a long delay, Hrithik Roshan-starrer Super 30 (2019) finally released in theatres on 12 July. Its first day numbers were decent with Rs11 crore, according to the figures shared by Boxofficeindia.com.

Even though the film, directed by Vikas Bahl, has a good opening day collection, the numbers are low for a star like Hrithik. His last release Kaabil (2017) only earned about Rs8 crore, but it had competition from Shah Rukh Khan's Raees on Republic Day weekend.

Anubhav Sinha's Article 15 (2019) made Rs1.15 crore and took its collected to over Rs53 crore. While Hollywood film Spider-Man: Far From Home made Rs2.75 on its second Friday and earned almost Rs64 crore.

There was no stopping the juggernaut, Kabir Singh (2019), which made Rs2.25 crore on its fourth Friday and it inched ever so close to the Rs250 crore mark with Rs249 crore. It will safely cross that mark over the weekend despite the ongoing Cricket World cup, with India out of the tournament.
