A wedding, a beautiful woman and a dashing hero — that’s all this buoyant number really needs. Sidharth Malhotra pursues Elli Avram, whom he spots at a wedding, in this track composed by Tanishk Bagchi.

Taking a cue from the Bhojpuri songs ‘Kashi Hile, Patna Hile’ from Dangal (1977) and 'Aara Hile, Chhapra Hile' from Khoon Pasina (2012), this ‘Bollywood’ version 'Zilla Hilela' has Malhotra and Avram taking their attraction forward in this completely massy track.

Shabbir Ahmed and Bagchi have written the lyrics for ‘Zilla Hilela’ while Raja Hasan, Dev Negi, Pravesh Mallick and Monali Thakur have contributed their vocals. The colourful number is instantly catchy and entertaining. For a movie centred on weddings, even if they are forced, the song feels on point.

Jabariya Jodi, directed by first-time filmmaker Prashant Singh, is due to be released on 2 August.
