The movies included in the first set of comics are cult classics like Amar Akbar Anthony (1977), Khakee (2004), Masti (2004), Jab We Met (2007) and Ishqiya (2010). The comics will be available in both Hindi and English.
The collection has been built using automation and artificial intelligence (AI) that Comicflix uses to convert movies into graphics and comic books. The images look like real characters and give a larger-than-life feel to the usual idea of comics.
Comicflix has been a leader in the AI and automation space and the union with Shemaroo is a classic use-case study of the concept.
