Kirti Kulhari takes on makeup-free look for The Girl On The Train remake


Kulhari is currently in London, England, for a month-long schedule for the film.

While her latest film, Mission Mangal (2019), is still going strong at the box office, actress Kirti Kulhari flew to London, England, on the day of its release, 15 August, for her next film, the remake of The Girl On The Train (2016) starring Emily Blunt. The Hollywood film was adapted from Paula Hawkin's bestselling novel of the same name.

Kulhari joins co-stars Parineeti Chopra and Aditi Rao Hydari on the project directed by Ribhu Dasgupta. She previously worked with the filmmaker on the Netflix web-series Bard Of Blood which will be streamed online from 27 September.

For her new role, the actress will be going for makeup-free look. "I like staying away from makeup and I am glad I will not have to do it for this film," Kulhari confirmed in a statement. "I am sure I will enjoy every bit of the filming experience."

Besides Bard Of Blood with Emraan Hashmi, Vineet Kumar Singh and Sobhita Dhulipala, Kulhari has season two of Amazon Prime Video's Four More Shots Please and a film called Bataasha where she plays a musician.
