While there is a whole lot going on in the Hindi film industry, one man has quietly slipped into the shadows. Actor Irrfan Khan continues to recuperate from a dreaded neuroendocrine tumour in the United Kingdom. However, his international fame ensured that Khan could not stay away from prying eyes for too long. The actor was recently snapped enjoying a sunny day of cricket at the Lord's Cricket Ground in London.
A sharp cricket journalist spotted the actor sitting among the audience in a purple hoodie and enjoying a break from his hospital treatment. Wearing a purple hoodie, and looking lankier than ever, the actor seems to have spotted the camera in the act, lending the image his signature look.

Khan was watching the first test match of the ongoing cricket series between England and Pakistan.
Back in March, the actor had revealed that he was suffering from a neuroendocrine tumour and will be taking time off for his treatment. While the news arrived as a shock to his fans and peers alike, the industry unequivocally stood in support of the actor.
A couple of months ago, the actor had posted a poetic picture of himself from the Mayfair hotel in London during his recuperation.
His illness has led to several projects being put on the backburner, including Vishal Bhardwaj's film on gangster Sapna Didi. It would have been Irrfan's second film with Deepika Padukone, after Piku (2013). Khan also has Akarsh Khurana's Karwaan set to be released on 10 August.
For now though, the actor deserves his time out in the sun enjoying a quiet game of cricket.
