After attending the annual Met Gala in New York city, actress Deepika Padukone made her second appearance at the ongoing Cannes International Film Festival. Padukone is at the French Riviera representing make-up brand L'Oreal as a brand ambassador. Fellow actresses Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and the recently married Sonam Kapoor Ahuja are also expected to walk the red carpet for L'Oreal.

Padukone opened her first day of media events in a casual white t-shirt and jeans look at her hotel room. The outfit is way too casual for the glamourous French setting.

For her second look, she donned a multi-coloured striped dress by Tome NYC. This look, too, was simple by French fashion standards.

She made up for the first two outfits by wearing a third outfit, a see-through pink and black dress by Lorenzo Serafini's Philosophy label and shoes by Alberta Ferretti. However, all three looks are staid in comparison to what the other actresses, international and Indian, have worn in the past.
