Trouble on the sets of Tamil Bigg Boss 2?

There's trouble brewing for the makers of the Tamil reality show Bigg Boss 2, which is being hosted by actor-politician Kamal Haasan.
The Film Employees Federation of South India (FEFSI), the second most powerful body in the Tamil film industry, has warned the makers of the show that they must employ only those affiliated with their federation in the production activities of the show. FEFSI is a federation of the unions of all the 24 crafts of the filmmaking business.
Sources say that FEFSI officebearers have given the makers time until this Saturday to make the switch. Failure to comply could result in around 2,000 members of the federation staging an indefinite protest on the sets of the show that have been erected at the EVP Film city.
"The first season of the Tamil version of the reality show Bigg Boss was produced by a producer from Mumbai who was not affiliated with FEFSI. This time around, that is not the case and the producer is affiliated to FEFSI. Therefore, the demand that is being made by the FEFSI officebearers is that the Bigg Boss team employ only those from FEFSI in the production of the reality show," a source told us.
The FEFSI officebearers also seem to have made efforts to voice their concerns to Haasan and to the Chinnathirai Thayarippalargal Sangam (TV producers' association).
Meanwhile, Haasan has announced that he will be release the first song of his upcoming film, Vishwaroopam 2 on the show this weekend.
