There are few actors who carry their stardom with as much ease as Jackie Shroff. Jaggu Dada, as he is fondly called, was recently spotted taking on the duties of a traffic cop as he cleared a busy Lucknow road for himself and his crew. The actor is currently in the city shooting for Deva Katta's Prassthanam.

The actor stepped out of the car and started warding oncoming traffic off when his vehicle could not get through the lane near the ornate Rumi Darwaza in the heart of Lucknow. He can be seen moving in front of his car signalling the oncoming traffic to stick to one lane.

It least bothered Shroff that he was still dressed in character, and even had a holster packed to his waist. Perhaps, that deterred any oncoming vehicles, who deftly moved aside.

An official remake of the 2010 Telugu hit of the same name, Prassthanam also features Sanjay Dutt, Ali Fazal, Amyra Dastur, Manisha Koirala and Chunkey Pandey.

Shroff was shooting for an action sequence in the Clock Tower in Chowk area of Lucknow city on Saturday (21 July). From his look and the holster, it appears that the actor was on his way back after the shoot.

Prassthanam is scheduled for a 2019 release.
