Actress Sri Reddy, who created a storm in the Telugu film industry by speaking up against casting couch and pointing at some big names, has now named director AR Murugadoss and Tamil actor Srikanth from the Tamil film industry.
The actress has been naming people whom she claims sexually exploited her by promising to give opportunities in their films.
Reddy took to Facebook to speak about Murugadoss.
“Hi Tamil director murugadas ji..h r U??U remember green park hotel??we met through veligonda Srinivas..U promised me a role. But we had lot of ..., till now u didn't offer me anything..U r also a great person sir..[sic]”
Murugadoss is one of the top directors in both Tamil and Telugu film industries. The director is at present working on Sarkar, a film featuring actor Vijay in the lead.
Reddy then also named actor Srikanth in another Facebook post.
Posting a picture of actor Srikanth, she wrote, “5 years bk I guess hope u remember the celebrity cricket league party in Hyderabad at the park hotel..i love the way u eat my p**sy.. u promised a role when we dance together in club..u remember ??#tamilleaks.”
Srikanth, who has acted as a hero in several Tamil films including Roja Kootam (2002) and April Maadhathil (2002), has not been seen in any film recently.
The sensational allegations have triggered a storm in the Tamil film industry.
It may be recalled that Reddy had named Telugu actor Nani, too, from the Telugu film industry. Nani, however, chose to send a legal notice to her for defamation and demanded an unconditional apology within a period of seven days. However, Reddy refused to tender an apology, saying that she will fight the case in court.
