Actor-comedian Sunil Grover has made a name for himself through his shenanigans on various television shows. He is well-known for dressing up in drag for his character Gutthi on the show, Comedy Nights With Kapil. Grover will now be seen in a sari in director Vishal Bhardwaj's Pataakha.

The filmmaker unveiled the look of Grover's character, called Naradmuni. Just like the mythological Narad Muni, it seems like Grover's character could be keeping an eye on all the happenings around him..

The poster describes Naradmuni as, "behn ki maami, ek sari ke saath ek peticoat free" . This seems to suggest that the familiar Naradmuni offers more than expected. The line could be interpreted in many ways.

Bhardwaj seems to be tapping on the popularity of Grover in drag. The trailer, to be released on 15 August, is likely to reveal more about the film.

Pataakha is based on an acclaimed short story by Charan Singh Pathik which revolves around two sisters who share a close bond. They are separated by marriage, but find it hard to live apart.

Apart from Grover, the film features Vijay Raaz and, Sanya Malhotra and Radhika Madan, who play the two sisters.

The film will hit the theatre screens on 28 September.
