Actor Salman Khan finally spoke after the recent blackbucks case sentence in which he got bail on Saturday. The actor thanked his near and dear ones for their constant support and prayers in an emotional post on his official Twitter page.

He wrote, “Tears of gratitude . To all my loved ones who are with me and never lost hope . Thank you for being there with all the love and support . God Bless [sic].”

Khan was found guilty of killing blackbucks in the 1998 case, on Thursday (5 April), by a court in Jodhpur. He was awarded a jail sentence of five years. But the rest of the accused — Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam Kothari — were acquitted due to lack of evidence.

Khan's lawyer appealed for a bail and the judgment for the same in the Jodhpur sessions court was supposed to be pronounced on the next day. But it was postponed to Saturday (7 April), on which he was eventually granted bail on a surety of Rs50,000. He returned to Mumbai the same day.

His upcoming film is Race 3, which is scheduled to be released during the Eid period on 15 June.
