Arjun Kapoor concerned over smog in Delhi causing car pile-up

Kapoor shared the video on Twitter and posted a few tweets asking authorities to find solutions and implement them.

Arjun Kapoor has been shooting for Sandeep Aur Pinky Kharab in Delhi. The actor was left disturbed after he received a video of a car pile-up caused due to the city’s infamous smog. Kapoor shared the video on Twitter and posted a few tweets expressing concern at the grave situation. 

Kapoor posted the above video, adding that he fears visibility will only get poorer as the smog thickens. 

The actor then urged the state goevernment to put aside all political differences and find a solution to the menace. 

The Half Girlfriend (2017) actor also hoped that solutions will be soon found and implemented. 

In his final Tweet on the issue, Kapoor underlined that the video was sent to him, and hoped the situation would improve.

Every year, Delhi and its neighbouring north Indian states, including Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab witness heavy fog.

Menawhile, Kapoor's co-star Parineeti Chopra has been wearing an facemask to beat the pollution after health suffered because of the smog.

"Two days of shooting in Delhi - and my chest is hurting, head is hurting, throat is paining!! 😰 Cant believe we have let things go so out of hand that human beings dont have air to breathe to anymore. Can’t imagine the situation for kids and elders. Please guys, lets all WAKE UP. We cannot be doing this to our planet," Chopra wrote on her Instagram account.
