Hindi Medium scored more on its first Monday than it did on its release day.
Box office: Hindi Medium, Half Girlfriend hold well on first Monday

Irrfan Khan and Saba Qamar-starrer Hindi Medium earned Rs2.75 crore yesterday on its first Monday, as per collections shared by BoxOfficeIndia.com. This collection is higher than its first day (Friday) collection when it had made only Rs2.50 crore.
It is not often that a film scores more on its first Monday than on the opening day. This is a clear indication that the word of mouth for the Saket Chaudhary directed film is positive. Its total right now is approximately Rs14.25 crore. The film is now expected to surpass its cost of production, which is reportedly Rs22 crore.
Half Girlfriend, on the other hand, has dropped over 50% from its Friday collection of Rs10 crore. The Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor-starrer earned Rs4.75 crore on its first Monday. The film hadn’t shown any growth on Saturday (Rs10.25 crore) and Sunday (Rs10.75 crore).
The Mohit Suri directed film has so far made approximately Rs35.75 crore. It’s budget is reportedly Rs48 crore. It is expected that the film will reach that score by the end of the first week.
SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Conclusion (Hindi dubbed version) earned a good number of Rs3.25 crore on its fourth Monday. It’s grand total is currently Rs477.74 crore, approximately.
