The first-time actress, who makes her film debut with Sabbir Khan’s Munna Michael (2017), was asked to vacate her Bandra flat as she is a ‘single actress’.
Tiger Shroff’s Munna Michael co-star Nidhhi Agerwal asked to give up her flat

Newcomer Nidhhi Agerwal is all set for her Hindi film launch in a couple of months with Munna Michael opposite Tiger Shroff. However, before that, Agerwal has a brand new problem – house-hunting for a new flat. The young actress recently moved to the city from Bangalore.
She told the MidDay newspaper, “I have lived with my friend for nearly six months. Now, hunting for a new place seems an impossible task.” The housing society where she resided raised objections as they were uncomfortable with a ‘single actress’ living in their building.
The actress added, "Because I am single and an actress, I have been denied accommodation."
For most of the single working young women of cosmopolitan cities like Mumbai, this issue is quite familiar. Most housing societies in Mumbai have a preconceived notion that letting in singletons will be harmful for their environment.
The injustices seem to be piling for Nidhhi Agerwal. Earlier, it was reported that the actress was made to sign a no-dating clause by the makers of Munna Michael until the film finishes.
At the time, Niddhi had said, “My understanding of it is that the makers have included the clause because dating a co-star has become an easy publicity exercise for production houses. It takes the focus away from the film. Now, I can put my phone away and practice for four hours without worrying about who's calling me. It is a matter of five-six months and I am okay with it.”
Here’s hoping Nidhhi is able to find a new place, one that has no problems about her profession or her love life. Munna Michael, co-starring Tiger Shroff and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, is due to be released on 21 July.
