Varun Dhawan just got beat in a dance-off, and the person to beat him was Russell Peters. The actor put up a video on his Instagram page showing him sharing some moves with the comedian on the stage of the Hello Hall of Fame awards. While Dhawan might have started it, Peters certainly showed up with a few cool moves himself.
With the popular tune of 'Tamma Tamma Again' belting out from the background, it was natural for Dhawan to pull out some moves. An actor who has gained quite the following for his dancing abilities, Dhawan showed that he is always well prepared. Sure enough, he even got host comedian Russell Peters in on the act. Ever the sport, Peters happily joined in on the Mexican wave that Dhawan had started. However, the comedian raised the stakes with a brilliant 'robot' move to finish the sequence.
The actor was awarded in the category of Most Popular personality for 2017.
