Sources say that SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Conclusion is likely to be screened in England by the British Film Institute as part of the celebrations to mark India’s 70 years of Independence. Sources add that a number of films will be screened from 24 April as part of these celebrations and that Baahubali 2 will also be one among them.

They say that there is a good chance that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Queen Elizabeth would be watching the film. However, there is no official confirmation in this regard. According to news from the unit, the film is well on its way to being completed and is likely to hit the theatres on 28 April.

After the phenomenal success of the first part, Baahubali: The Beginning (2015), featuring a host of stars including Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah, Sathyaraj, Nasser and Ramya Krishnan, the public’s expectations from the sequel have soared.

The first part of the film ended with Kattappa (played by Sathyaraj) killing Baahubali (played by Prabhas) on the battlefield and the question of why he did that has only added to the curiosity of the viewers, who have been eagerly awaiting the release of the sequel.
