The first song from Manish Harishankar's Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana does not add to the interest in the Akshara Haasan-starrer.
Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana song: 'Bezubaan' is limp, despite KK's return to romance

Manish Harishankar's Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana might sound like a mouthful for a name, but the first song from the film is as brief as it gets. 'Bezubaan', sung by KK, and featured on Akshara Haasan and Vivaan Shah has little going for it.
Composed by Vipin Patwa, it hits all the familiar notes of a breezy, but staid, romantic number. There is little going for the song, other than the voice of KK, to mark it as a stand-out. This is the first of the two romantic tracks in the film, which will be featured on both the leading men opposite Haasan's character. Written by Mahima Bhardwaj, the song is pleasant in its tone, but lacks any stand-out quality.
Featuring Haasan and Shah as two youngsters in love, the song marks the beginning of the season of love for the two characters in the film. While Shah looks quite comfortable to play the charming boy-next-door, it is the discomfort of Haasan as the pretty girl that is obvious. The song hints at the theme of unplanned pregnancies and the stigma that follows. This is in line with the theme of the film.
The film, directed by Harishankar, also stars Gurmeet Choudhary, Saurabh Shukla and Darshan Jariwala, among others. Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana is scheduled for theatrical release on 7 April.
