The director took to social media to talk about how actors are more gung ho about posting their promotional looks and outfits than their acting work.
Sad that today acting isn't discussed, looks are: Kunal Kohli

Filmmaker Kunal Kohli feels that in today's time in showbiz, a lot is talked about an artiste's looks and nobody discusses acting.
Kohli is unhappy that looks, which are just "a part" of an actor's career, are given more prominence over his ability to act.
"Being fit is important and needed. It's a part of being an actor. Just ‘a part'. Today acting isn't discussed. Looks are. That's the sad part," he wrote.
Kohli also wished actors could share memorable scenes from their films instead of their promotional looks and outfits.
"Instead of gym shots, promotional outfits and looks, I wish actors would post memorable scenes they've shot. Or just an expression from a scene," he added.
The Teri Meri Kahaani director is currently shooting for his next directorial venture, a Telugu film.
The untitled romantic-comedy film will star actress Tamannaah Bhatia and Sundeep Kishan.
Kohli has helmed films like Mujhse Dosti Karoge!, Hum Tum, Fanaa, Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic and Teri Meri Kahaani.
