The 'mini trails' of Imtiaz Ali's film were launched during the India-Pakistan final at the ICC Champions Trophy on Sunday.
Jab Harry Met Sejal mini trail 1: Shah Rukh admits he's 'cheap' to Anushka Sharma

The disappointing result of India's loss to Pakistan at the Champions Trophy aside, the day proved to be quite eventful for Shah Rukh Khan. The actor launched the first 'mini trail' of director Imtiaz Ali's film, Jab Harry Met Sejal.
The 36-second mini trailer features a bit of the dialogue conversation that sets the tone for Shah Rukh Khan's character in the film. The scene has the actor explaining his 'character' to Anushka Sharma's innocent Gujarati tourist in Europe.
As Khan's Harry goes to length to explain what his womanising, heavy drinking, 'cheap character' is about, he is faced with a completely unbelieving Sejal. She even goes on to say 'Tum mujhe daraane ke liye ye sab keh rahe ho?' (You are saying this to scare me?) The actress does lay the Gujarati accent on a bit thick, but that only adds to the hilarity of the situation.
Khan plays a tourist guide taking Anushka Sharma's Gujarati girl on a ride across Europe. The film has been shot across several exotic tourist destinations such as Lisbon, Prague, Amsterdam and Budapest.
Earlier, the actor had tweeted a video of his character, Harry, talking about what makes Sejal such a special girl. The video also gives away the ambition of Harry to be a singer in the film.
The mini trailer was not the only major opener for Ali's film. A teaser promo for the first song in the film 'Main Bani Teri Radha' featuring both Khan and Sharma was released on television. The song is composed by Pritam, but has not been released on the internet yet.
Ali's film went through numerous name changes before they finalised on 'Jab Harry Met Sejal'. The film's title is a combination of two superhit romantic dramas, the Hollywood flick When Harry Met Sally (1989) and Ali's own Jab We Met (2007).
The film is set to release on 4 August.
