What is it that about a Rajinikanth film that material from it gets leaked easily? The south superstar's last film Kabali (2016) faced a few leaks, pictures and most shockingly a few minutes of the opening sequence was leaked online a few days before the release. The sorry trend has continued as a couple stills from Rajinikanth's next have found their way online.

Three days ago, a Twitter user Ramesh Gudivada posted a couple of allegedly leaked stills from the film. One has Amy Jackson driving a vehicle, while the other has Rajinikanth pushing some heavy object.

Jackson is the new addition to the franchise and her still looks straight from 2.0. However, there's a possibility that the second still featuring Rajinikanth could be a grab from the first film.

The Twitter user calls himself 'techie by profession and actor by passion' in his bio. It’s not clear how he got access to the stills.

Is this leak engineered by team 2.0 itself?

The film's release as been pushed to 2018, but the makers will hope for zero leaks to keep the suspense.

2.0 is the sequel to Rajinikanth’s Enthiran (2010), titled Robot in Hindi. Akshay plays the antagonist in 2.0. The film was earlier slated to release during Diwali 2017, but it has now been pushed to 25 January next year.
