Priyanka Chopra touched by her fans' gesture on father’s 4th death anniversary

Her official team's account, on behalf of her fans, shared an emotional video containing Priyanka's happy memories with her father.

Today is the fourth death anniversary of Priyanka Chopra’s father, Lt Col Dr Ashok Chopra. The actress, who is known to have been very close to her dad, was touched today by a video shared by her team on Twitter, on behalf of her fans. 

The video contains a series of happy moments between Priyanka and her father. What touches you the most is the use of the song 'Baba' from Priyanka's Marathi production, Ventilator (2016). Priyanka had was sung the song as a tribute to her dad. 

The fan club shared the video with the caption, “Remembering Lt. Col. Dr. Ashok Chopra in our hearts today, @priyankachopra... we know how much you miss him. Big hug from all of us.” Priyanka retweeted the video and wrote, “Thank u to all for your wishes. 4 years today. Some things will always hurt.” 

Dr Ashok Chopra passed away on 10 June, 2013 after battling cancer for over 8 years. In 2012, a year before his death, Priyanka inscribed a tattoo on her hand with the words ‘Daddy’s lil girl’ in the handwriting of her father.
