Some Hollywood franchises have a huge following in India. Along with Mission Impossible, Fast & Furious, Vin Diesel’s xXx is one such franchise. But the excitement for its next film in the franchise, xXx: Return Of Xander Cage is too high in the country since it has Deepika Padukone making her Hollywood debut and playing the female lead.
It seems the Bajirao Mastani star just hinted about Diesel’s visit to India to promote the film. This is what can be made out from Padukone's latest tweet, which is in Hindi. It translates to, “Vin, India is eagerly awaiting you. We will meet soon on 12 and 13 January. Lots of love from all of us.”
The film is all set to release in India on 14 January, a week before its release in the west. As Padukone has mentioned that Diesel will meet India two days before the release, it gives strong indications that the Hollywood star might well come to India to promote the film.
xXx: Return Of Xander Cage will be Padukone's first film after Bajirao Mastani, which released more than a year ago.
