While the leaders of the free world are converging at Davos to discuss matters of great importance, one more familiar face is making the rounds there as a participant. Karan Johar is among the Indian names participating in the cultural diversity panel at the World Economic Forum 2017 being held in the Swiss city.
Johar recently launched his biography An Unsuitable Boy, which has lost him some good friends. The relationship between Kajol and Johar has definitely soured beyond limits, with the director even confessing in his biography that the Kuch Kuch Hota Hai actress will never come back into his life.
The visit is a good time for Johar to get away from the whole controversy that his book seems to have started. What's more was that Johar ran into some cool people in Davos. Johar put up a picture on Twitter of himself posing with Oceans' 11 star George Clooney. Clooney is at Davos accompanying wife, Amal Clooney, who is being felicitated for her contribution in the field of global human rights.
The director also hung out with Canadian MP and minister of Canadian heritage, Melanie Joly at the event.
It was so lovely to see you again!! Apologies for my minor moment of madness! Haha! Look forward to seeing you in Toronto soon... https://t.co/vzrVMWTEQK— Karan Johar (@karanjohar) January 17, 2017
Well, despite the serious nature of the event and the people present there, it is nice to see Johar take some time off and relax in the company of some cool people.
