Shah Rukh Khan had played a cameo in Salman Khan's Tubelight, as magician Gogo Pasha. Salman Khan is set to return the favour by doing a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan's as yet untitled film, to be directed by Aanand L Rai. Salman Khan is said to have shot his part at Yash Raj Studios a month ago.

While speaking to the Deccan Chronicle newspaper, Shah Rukh Khan said Salman Khan's role is more difficult than the one he (Shah Rukh) did for Tubelight.

"Salman is as Salman Khan in the film. My character comes to Mumbai from Meerut. And this role was always written for him. His role in my film is comparatively more difficult than what I did in Tubelight," the superstar was quoted as saying.

Shah Rukh Khan will be seen as a dwarf in the film that also stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. The film is slated to be released during Christmas in 2018.
