At a recent hair colour presser, Kareena Kapoor Khan had declared that it is a myth that pregnant women don't get work. While films are ruled out for the moment, the Begum of Pataudi is finding ways to keep herself busy. Kareena will soon be seen in an online talk show with noted nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar. Their relationship goes a long way. Remember Kareena's famous size zero phase?

As per reports, Kareena will soon join forces with Diwekar for an online talk show, where the core topic of discussion will be pregnancy, the diet and exercise to be followed, and the attitude that is needed in this crucial period. Kapoor will also be paying special attention to issues of pregnancy among working women.

The three part online chat show will cover topics like eating wholesome, eating right to improve fertility, developing a mental meal map, how to go through the third trimester of pregnancy, post pregnancy recovery and the importance of correct eating, exercise and sleep.

The first episode airs live on 19 September. The second episode will slated to go live in October, while the final episode will air post Kareena's pregnancy.

Diwekar was quoted as saying, "Kareena has evolved incredibly over the years. Her approach to eating healthy has moved forward from weight loss to a lifestyle choice that impacts ecology and economy. Her view has expanded to promoting local fruits and sustaining India's traditional farming culture. She's also a UN ambassador and will be speaking up against gender biases that creep into healthy living."

Diwekar is a renowned nutritionist and author of the books like 'Don't lose your mind, lose your weight' and 'The weight loss tamasha'.

Post her pregnancy, Kareena is expected to return to cinema sometime in March or April 2017. She will next be seen in Veere Di Wedding.
