After his daughter Athiya, it’s now the turn of Suniel Shetty’s other offspring Ahan to make his big screen debut. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted that filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala will be launching Ahan.

Suniel worked with Nadiadwala around 23 years ago in the two-hero film, Waqt Hamara Hai (1993) with Akshay Kumar.

Nadiadwala launched Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff’s son and another of Suniel’s contemporaries, in 2014 with Sabbir Khan’s Heropanti opposite Kriti Sanon. Both Shroff and Sanon were praised in their first film and have gone on to bag plum projects after their big launch.

Suniel must be hoping for the same success for Ahan. No lead actress or project has yet been announced for Ahan’s big launch, but it seems likely that the film will be an action feature and that Ahan will be a chip off the old block. Ahan will reportedly go to London to train for the film for six months.
