Though he is usually calm and collected, the Force 2 actor wasn't amused this time and left the show Comedy Nights Bachao.

Barely a few weeks after courting controversy with racist comments against Tannishtha Chatterjee, Comedy Nights Bachao, India's equivalent of Comedy Central Roast, has landed in yet another controversy with actor John Abraham walking out in a huff.

John was on the show with Force 2 co-star Sonakshi Sinha. Comedy Nights Bachao host Krusnna Abhishek made fun of John's film Paap (2004) but the joke did not go down too well with the actor and he stormed out of the show.

"I was cracking jokes on his earlier films like Paap. That's when he told me that those were his favourite films," Krushna told The Times of India newspaper.

"Sometime later, when he refused to shake a leg with Sonakshi and me on stage, I realised that he was upset. He soon walked out. I ran after him, but he left.

"I want to apologise to him; I haven't slept since the last few days because of this.”

The TV show host’s apology failed to elicit any response from the actor. While John may be upset, such controversies can only help to build curiosity around the show.
