After being away from the big screen for a long time (her last release was Tevar in January 2015), it looks like Sonakshi Sinha now has multiple projects lined up. The actor's film Akira, directed by AR Murugadoss, will release on 23 September, and she is currently completing Force 2, which will hit the theatres later this year. Meanwhile, she already has three more films on the anvil. After Namaste England with Akshay Kumar and Ittefaq remake with Sidharth Malhotra, Sonakshi has now signed a film titled Noor.

Directed by ad filmmaker Sunhil Sippy. Noor is based on Pakistani journalist-writer Saba Imtiaz’s 2014 novel, ‘Karachi You’re Killing Me!’.

Sonakshi will be seen playing the title role of the journalist, Noor Roy Chaudhary, in this comedy crime thriller. Two first look images of have now been, and both look fun and spunky.

The movie will be shot in one schedule and is expected to be wrapped by August.
