After Udta Punjab, Great Grand Masti leaked online before release

Indra Kumar’s Great Grand Masti is 17 days away from theatrical release. But the pirated copy of the film is already available on the internet.

The producers of the film were in for a rude shock today when news of the leak started trending on social media. In fact, many people have already downloaded the film and posted screenshots.

This is the second time in three weeks that a film has been leaked online before its theatrical release. Abhishek Chaubey’s Udta Punjab was leaked on the internet three days before its official release. But the case of GGM is more alarming as the film's release is more than two weeks away. So far, the makers haven’t reacted to the news.

It is believed that Udta Punjab suffered a loss of a few crores owing to the leak. In case the pirated copy of GGM spreads far and wide, it is expected to result in massive losses for the producers.

Starring Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh, Aftab Shivdasani and Urvashi Rautela, Great Grand Masti is slated to release on 22 July 2016.
