It's not his great films, but it's his humility that makes Rajinikanth a great superstar, a great human being. Rajinikanth has penned an open handwritten letter to his fans thanking them for making Kabali a huge commercial success.
“My heartfelt gratitude to all those who made Kabali successful. From the producer to director to fans and to the media, I thank each and everyone of them,” Rajinikanth said.
The film has already shattered various records (Tamil and all India), bagging over Rs200 crore nett (domestic collections) in five days thus far.
Fans were slightly disappointed when Rajinikanth wasn't in the country for the release of Kabali. However, the star has explained the reason for his absence.
“Since I was working non-stop on Kabali, and Shankar’s 2.o, I was required to take mental and physical rest. Hence, I went on a two-month long trip with my daughter, Aishwarya Dhanush, and during which time I had undergone a few medical tests,," Rajini explained, and also assured fans that he is all revitalised and in good health now.
Here's the picture of the two page hand written letter from Rajinikanth. The Tamil fans can have a pleasant read.
