Wajah Tum Ho has received mixed film reviews. At the box-office, the film earned barely Rs5.75 crore in the opening weekend, as reported by BoxOfficeIndia.com
The Sharman Joshi and Rajneesh Duggal-starrer suspense drama had opened to a poor Rs2 crore on its opening day. With a fairly decent word-of-mouth, the film would have hoped for better collection on Saturday and Sunday. However, the film could only get a meagre Rs1.75 crore and Rs2 crore on Saturday and Sunday, taking its three-day total to Rs5.75 crore.
With a budget of Rs13 crore and approximate 1,995 screens, it will need to pull its socks up in the coming week. Come Friday, Aamir Khan’s Dangal will hog most screens.
Meanwhile, Yash Raj Film’s much hyped Befirke has been declared a flop, having earned Rs55 crore in 10 days. Rohan Malhotra, VP and head of distribution, YRF, tweeted the 10-day domestic collection.
